Beta font license

1. By downloading, installing, using Beta Fonts, agreeing to this addendum, the User acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the below terms regarding Beta Fonts:

2. Nature of Beta Fonts: Beta Fonts are considered prototypes. They are not final products and may contain errors, defects, or inconsistencies.

3. No Warranties: Production Type makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Beta Fonts. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Beta Fonts will be free from errors or defects. The terms of Articles 7.1 and 7.3 do not apply.

4. Limited Support: Due to their prototype nature, Beta Fonts may not be supported to the same extent as Production Type’s complete products. Support, if provided, will be at Production Type’s sole discretion.

5. Assumption of Risk: The User assumes all risks associated with the use of Beta Fonts. Production Type shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of Beta Fonts.

6. Feedback: Any feedback provided by the User regarding the Beta Fonts may be used by Production Type to improve or modify its products. The User grants Production Type a permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, nonexclusive, worldwide license, with no duty to account, to Production Type, for unrestricted use of any feedback provided in any manner and for any purpose.
